Some people think of movies and books about a Lost World that usually portrays a “land that time forgot” with dinosaurs and other strange creatures.
A place that is no longer visible to most people.
MY LOST WORLD
For me, my Lost World is a place of joy and love. Creativity, self-discovery, and magical connections to nature, animals, and people occur regularly.
The world where I know who I am and my true purpose- a place that I had lost while existing in the traditional world.
It is where feeling good it is easy for me– no matter what.
A FORGOTTEN WORLD
I do think that my Lost World is a place that has been forgotten by many.
Life in the traditional world does not usually support living in such a wonderful place and some don’t believe it is possible.
It might be lost but it is not gone – anyone can discover this special world.
THE TRADITIONAL WORLD
For me it can exist wherever I am – mentally and physically – but I might not always be there.
The traditional world is hard to ignore.
Living in the traditional world sometimes makes my Lost World disappear, but now that I have discovered it I am able to find it easier and quicker than before I knew about it.
RETURNING TO MY LOST WORLD
There are many tools, thoughts, and activities I can use that help, but I have realized that it is always a journey and how I choose to feel on that journey is what determines the results.
A joyful journey into creativity, connection, and discovery, whether or not I leave home, awakens that place inside me that is my Lost World.
I think many people are searching for theirs and a lot have seen glimpses or have also discovered their own special world.
WHY I AM SHARING MY LOST WORLD
The main reason I am writing this blog is because it makes me feel good.
I get a lot of enjoyment in all the creative aspects involved with each post.
Traveling, writing poetry, drawing, making pieces of art, and sharing what inspires me is fun! It keeps me inside my Lost World.
WHAT INSPIRES MY LOST WORLD
If you visit here often you will see that traveling, horses, and creativity play a big part in my world.
The filly in the picture is one of mine and she inspired the art around her as well as the poem – my first attempt at a Japanese Haiku. (I am pretending that the misspelling is part of the poetry 🙂 )
I hope this blog also inspires you and helps you to discover and/or stay in your own Lost World!
